The Bible is the best selling book of all time. We have more access to the Bible in more translations than ever before. We can read the Bible anytime, anywhere, and there are endless bible study tools to help us understand it. And yet most people don’t engage with Scripture daily and are honestly pretty biblically illiterate? Why is that and what are the consequences? I’ll share with you today about a study called the Power of 4 - that discovered the power of engaging with Scripture at least 4 times a week. What is worship? And when should we worship? The scriptures quotes the early church as worshiping in gladness and sincerity and that made such an impact to them and those around them. They didn’t just gather for worship on Sundays, and they definitely didn’t live out their faith in isolation. They came together daily—worshiping and living their faith out loud with a deep joy and sincerity. Their worship wasn’t confined to a temple or special location. It flowed into their homes, around their tables, and through their relationships.
